Mr. Winston Churchill; First Lord of the Admiralty, in reply to a question in the House ofGommons, 6tated that owing to the possibility of increased labour troubles, the construction of all classes of vessels in the current programme would be hastened, and they would be laid down earlier than had been originally intended.
