STATE PREMIER'S CRITICISM. By Telegraph—Press Associatioa-Copyrfelit Melbourne, June 25. The State Premier (Mr. Watt) describes tho Federal Government's baby bonus proposal as a scheme cunningly devised to catch tho ladies' votes. He deplores that it is illegal and unconstitutional and another step in the direction of wild cat pensions with which the poisonous policy of the Labour platform teems.
