Messrs. aura ham and Williams, LIMITED, liayo received instructions from the Wellington City Council to sell by public auction at their rooms, I'ahiatua, on; TUESDAY, tho 2nd day of July, 1912, at 3 p.m., 2 Pastoral Leases of !)8 acres and 183 acres 3 roods approximately, near I'ahiatua. The exact areas, upset, rentals, value of buildings and improvements, and the present lessee s rentals arc shown in the schedule at the foot hereof. Each section of land has a frontage to a road, and is watered by a tributary of tho Maugamarama Stream. In tho event of the old tenants becoming th'o purchasers of the now term, tho new term shall in such case be as follows:— 1. Lot I—ll rears, from 28th March, ' 1911. 2. That a further lease for a further term of 11 years, containing the same provisions as the proposed new lease, shall be put up to auction at the upset rental so fixed, subject to payment by an incoming tenant of the valuation of buildings and improvements. The highest bidder at or above the up<et rental will bo the purchaser, but in the event of there being no bidder at or above the upset rental, the land will revert to the Council. If .the old tenant becomes the purchaser, he shall pay a deposit equal to 2 years' rent.
