RESERVOIR BAM BURSTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Winnipeg, May 27. The Manitoba!! rivers me flooded. Dozens of villages are submerged, and the power plants of the town of Moose ,Taw, in the province of Assiniboia, have been destroyed. The town is in darkness. The reservoir dam also burst, ami the town has been denuded of its water supply.
