THREATENED IN TURKEY. By Teloiraph—Press Association—Copyright Constantinople, May 13. Hassan Bey, ox-deputy for Prishtina, with 800 Albanians from Ipek, has proceeded to the mountains. Hβ threatens to proclaim a general insurrection on the ground that the Young Turks are selling lan:l cheaply to foreigners.
The Government feara the rebels may capture 16,000 rides stored at Prishtina, 12,000 at Ipek, and 10,000 at Diakova.
