RESTRAINT OF TRADE.
INDICTMENTS DISMISSED. Bj Teleerajh-FrcM AsMclallon—CoDrriehl Juneau (Alaska), April 30. A United States District Judge has dismissed three indictments charging restraint of trade against the CanadianPacific Railway Company, the Pacific Coast Steamship Company, the White Pass, and Yukon-Alaska Steamship Company, and other companies connected with the Alaska trade. Tho chief indictment charged the companies with conspiracy to monopolise the transportation between White Horse, Skagway, and other points, under the Sherman Anti-Trust law. Other indictments are still pending.
