Tho High Court has reversed the decision of tho Full Court in tho case oi tho Lithgow n>iner fined for absenting himself from work. The Full Court had upheld an appeal against a Police Court decision connoting the man. The question involved was whether the dismissal of a union delegate for absenting himself without permission to attend a meeting constituted n reasonable causo (or the breaking of a contract.
