Furthor argument was heard in the Court of Appeal yesterday, in the case in connection with the affairs-of J[iraJimr, Ltd., and tho Miramar Athletic Park and Wonderland Company. Tho Court comprised tho Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), Mr. Justice Denniston, Mr. Justice Cooper, and Mr. Justice Chapman. £!'•?,• P arties wore Heathcote Beetliam Williams, Dudley Bruce Hill, and Arthur Spry Gwavas Carlyon, all of Hnwke's liny, appellants, and Miramar, Ltd., of Wellington respondent. r. M n- t V, P -. Skcrrett . K.C., with him Mr. C. a. Monson, appeared for tho appellants, and Mr. It. D. Bell, K.C., with him Mr. C. H. Treadwell, for the respondents. Particulars of the original action were published yesterday. The appeal was from a decision of Mr. Justice Edwards delivered in Wellington on October 17 last. Legal argument had not concluded yesterday, and the hearing will be continued at 10.30 to-day.
