DREDGE OVERDUE.

There is anxiety concerning the dredgo Manchester, 20 days out from Wellington; other vessels arriving report exceptionally heavy weather. [The dredge was purchased by the Sydney Harbour Trust from the Lyttelton Harbour Board. Captain J. Downie, late of tho Union Company, was appointed master. The vessel sailed' from Wellington on April 4.1
