TRENTHAM CAMP.
♦ Colonel Hamilton, Colonel Knox, mid Captain Brown visited the camp of the Sth liegimcnt at Trcntham yesterday. The day's work included instruction in imiskctrv aim, visual trainine, and squad drill. fn the evening there was a boxing contest, and afterwards a concert. The camp will ba struck on Saturday, when the regiment will entrain for Wellington, reaching l.amblon Station at aliout t o'clock. At l.:ifl the rcaimeut, preceded by the regimental baud, will march through Lamliton Uuav en voule for the barrack". 'I'lio men will march with fixed liavoncls, a held bv the 3th alone.'
