DOCTORS PREFER ALTERNATIVE SCHEME. By Telegraph—PreM Association—Copyright (Rec. April 4, 10.25 p.m.) London, April 4. The Medical Association, has prepared a scheme, as an alternative to tho insurance proposals, unless tho Government agrees to the doctor's amendments to tho Act. Tho scheme meets tho needs of those unable to pay the ordinary fees.
