Sensational disclosures havo been lnnda regarding a recent audience given by tho Emperor Francis Joseph to the Hungarian Trims Minister, Count Klmeu Hedcrvary. Count Ilederviry discussed with the Emperor ;i proposal forced on tho Hungarian Government by tho Kossuth party ta restrict tho enlistment of Army recruits. Tho Emperor reminded Count Klmen Hodervary that Hungary had never had a truer friend than he; ho had nhvnys tried to rulo constitutionally. There now was a desiro to interfere with his rights as ruler. If this state of things was not altered there would bo nothing for him but abdication. A letter by the Emperor has been published, in which his Majesty conserves his right to call up recruits. Tho Emperor Francis Joseph is Emperor (Kniser) of Austria and Apostolic ICing (Apostoli Kiraty) of Hungary. As Kin™ of Hungary the Emperor has an abwluto veto on nil Hungarian legislation.
