SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for moderate to strong • easterly and northerly winds ' generally. Tho barometer has a falling tendency. Hazy, mild, and fair to cloudy weather is probable generally. Ijow pr.cspuro is due to pass in the south about next Saturday evening, with unsettled weather southward of New Plymouth and Napier. Fair weather has prevailed, but conditions have been unsettled at,tim.2s in the northernmost districts, with strong casterIv winds. Tho barometer has continued high, but unsteady.
