ALLEGED MAIL FRAUDS. By Tclcsraph—Prom Association-Copyright New York, March 28. Leo Do Forest, chief of the American Do Forest Wireless Telegraph Company, and ono of tho pioneers of wireless telegraphy in America, has been arrested jn a chavgo of misusing tho mails, with intention to defraud. It is alleged (hat he floated a fraudulent company for thi purpose of explaining tho De Forest Radio Telephone Company. Other arrests are pending.
