Blundell ("Evening Post"), A. Wanton (Dominion), and W. 11. Gilford ("Times"). After an interchange of greetings. the party proceeded to the Grand 110101, where they ore to .'lay wliii-t in Wellington. To-day, wind and weather permitting, the visitors will lx> entertained on the harbour by the local newspaper proprietaries, the s.s. Awnroa having hecu .-soured for the occasion. This evening they will view the mysterious .Tanson at the Opera House. For to-morrow ail endeavour is being made to secure a special tram-car for tho party which will run over Ihc city lines, in order to give the strangers as comprehensive an idea of the city as possible. On Saturday afternoon', the bowlers of the party will probably be accommodated on the local greens', and that evening they will leave for the south.
