—.—t SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for strong westerly winds, veering to southerly shortly in most parts o£ the country. Changeable and showery weather is probable generally, and a cool chango may be expected Eoon. There is little movement at present, but a rise in barometric pressure is due shortly. ' The barometer has had a falling tendency everywhere, with moderate to strong westerly winds about and northward of Cook Strait, but easterly breezes have predominated elsewhere.
