Several positions changed hands during the day. Some of, the battalions have been decimated. (ltec. March. 24, 5.5 p.m.) Asuncion, March 23. Tho revolutionaries have captured the city. The President, Senor Rojas, and the Ministers, have taken refuge on Brazilian and Argentine ship 3 in the river.
