Ploying against the Catholic Club, North compiled 100. Berry (38), Hunter (18). and Eton (12) were the chief scorers. Little obtaiued uiuo wickets for 47, and Layburno one for 10. At the call of time, Catholic Club had scored 163 runs for the loss of four wickets. Little (86 not out), O'Connor (3G), Bradley (27), and Galvin (11) were the scorers. Little and O'Connor added 81 for the'second wicket, and for the third Bradlev and Little put on 60. M'Elligot was North's best bowler. In the match Courteuay Place Congregational Church v. Xcwtown Congregational Church, for the Congregational Challenge Shield, Courtenay Place team, who aro the present holders of the shield, won the match by 35 runs on tho first innings, scoring 72 to their opponents' 37. The highest scorers for Courtenay Place wore Dement (17) and Lowe (9).
