Of his balancing feat on the "rail" in connection with (he lie'v county agitation, nothing more need be paid here. Of course, he Inst his seat principally became of .our being tired of the Government, but the margin was very small, and but for the facts above mentioned he must have beaten the pledge-breaker.-1 am, etc..
