PARLIAMENT OPENS. By Tcletrranh-J'ro's /UwirvCin-CoDyrl-Eln (3cc. March 21, 0.15 a.m.) Adelaide, March 20. Parliament was opened to-day. Mr. O'Loughlin was appointed Speaker. The Governor's Speech was purely formal. An Appropriation Bill was passed through all stages. It is the same as that rejected last session, except (hat the items for brickworks and timber yards are omitted. '
