Judgo Otto Rosalsky received through tho post an infernal machine, but a small particle of dirt clogged tho works, preventing certain death to the person opening the parcel. Later a polico inspector examined the bomb,. which accidentally exploded, wounding the inspector severely. Judge Rosalsky recently sentenced a man named Brandt to thirty years' imprisonment in connection with a burglary at tho house of Mr. Schriff, a millionaire. Later, ho reversed his decision, freeing Brandt. Tho reason for tho Judge's action was not made known.
