Cream. i MACARO-NI AND .MEAT. | One pound cold meat, quarter pound i macaroni, two or three ounces cheese, one j teaspoonful chopped parsley, a little j lemon pcei, one gill of stock, pepper and ( salt. ; Mince the meat, butter a piedish and s cover the bottom with a layer of mnear- j oni (previously boiled in salted water); ] over this snrinkle some grated . cheese, j then a layer of meat, well seasoned with - ( lemon peel, parsley, pepper and salt, and j a little finely minced onion, if liked. , Cover with macaroni and cheese and j spriuklo browned breadcrumbs over the i top. Pour in about a gill of gravy, put ( bits of butter on lop, uud bako three- s quarters of an hour. i FOR TO-MORROW. ] Fire or six pounds pickled pork, split { peas, parsnips, cocoa, gelatine. i .
