Miss Bessie Webster, of the Inland China Mission, and sister of Mr. A. P. Webster, manager of the Dank of Australasia, comes up from (he south to-day. Miss Webster will deliver a series of lectures while she is here, in connection with the mission to which she is attached. The Women's Christian Temperance Union in Wellington will bo represented at the convention, which opens in Dunedin next Wednesday, by Mrs. Bates, Mrs. Keene, Mrs. Houlder, and Mrs. Noiil. There aro expected to bo present close upon eighty members. The Wellington Central Union will be represented by Mrs. Griffin.
