THE SALVATION ARMY.

The programme yesterday at the Salvation Army Record and Band Festival proved a "success. Brigadier Bray ' presided, and the musical items were very good. To-day will see the last of the festival, and an inviting programme is promised. It is entitled "Grand I male Harvest Home as in Ye Olden Tyine.' Everything i< to be as good as possible to make ii pleasant wind-up of the festival. The proceeds are to go towards new instruments tor the band, and to tho Army recruit homes.
