MORE ARRESTS IN GERMANY. By Telegraph—Press Aseodatlon-Copyrieht Berlin, March 5. Three persons have been arrested at Frankfort r on-the-Main on charges uf betraying military secrets. They include a German mechanic, who is alleged to havo written to the French Embassy offering drawings and details of a new Krupp gun and of a projectile. (Itcc. March 6, 11.15 p.m.) Berlin, March 6. Hieronyruus, one of tho men arrested at Frankfort, has been charged with attempting to negotiate with the British and French Embassies.
