Tho miners nre arranging to ask German miners to defeat any German attempt to export coal to Great Britain in tho event of a strike, and if that plan is ineffectual, then to urge the Bolgian and French miners to ceaso work. Fearing a coal strike, tho Scottish blast furnace owners have given their workmen a fortnight's notice. Many miners in North Notts refuse to give notico, because they 6ay they arc askod to fight for something less than thoy havo already got. THE DOCKERS' DISPUTE. London, February 15. There is renewed trouble amongst the Glasgow dockers, tho ' men refusing to abide by tho settlement.' ' The shipowners announce * complete lock-ont unless sectional strikes cease. MINERS RESOLVED TO STRIKE. NOTICES HANDED IN. (Reo. Fobruary 16, 10.30 p.m.) London, February IS. The vast majority of miners have handed in notices of their intention to cease work on February 29.
