Plum Tart. Custard. SUPPER. Cold Veal. Eggs in Aspic. Salad. Cinnamon Cream Roll. Fruit Salad, CINNAMON CREAM ROLL. Four ounces castor sugar, 3oz. flour, l'oz. butter (molted), 1 teaspoonful ground cinnamon, 1 eggs, cinnamon cream (see below), J pint custard. Sift tho flour and ground cinnamon 011 to a piece of paper. Put the eggs into a basin and whisk again for (i minutes. Add the castor sugar and whisk again for 5 minutes. Put tho basin over a saucepan of boiling water and whisk for 10 minutes. Stir in lightly tho Hour, ground cinnamon, and melted butierl Pour the mixture on to a baking shoot lined with greased paper and bake in a quick oven for 7 minute*;. Turn tho cako on to a paper sprinkled with castor sugar, dust . the cake thickly with castor sugar and roll it up. When cold unroll it, spread the cinnamon cream over it and roll it up again. Put the roll in a glass dish, pour the custard round it aim serve. CINNAMON CREAM. 1 Four ounces icing sugar, 4oz. butter, 2oz. ground almonds, J teaspoonful ground cinnamon, 1 yolk of egg. Cream the butter and add tho other ingredients.
