The floods in Seville hare rendered 15,000 men idle. Much merchandise in Huelva. was destroyed. Torrential rains continue. Over 1800 6quaro miles from Cordova to the sea are flooded. FOURTEEN PEOPLE KILLED BY A LANDSLIDE. Lisbon, February 11. There have been torrential rains and a landslide at Gnanla, which buried fourteen peoplo beneath some houses. All were killed. WINE AND CROPS DESTROYED. RAILWAYS TORN UP. (Rec. February 13, 1.20 a.m.) Lisbon, February 12. The river Tagus has risen sixty feet in some ptooes. The wire stores at Villa Franca are flooded, and barrels of wine have, floated down to tho sea. Tho damage at Villa Franca amounts to .£200,000. Tho total damago in the riverside districts exceeds .£2,225,000. One hundred and fifty persons have been drowned at various places. Thousands of barrels of wine and standing crops have been destroyed at Cadiz, where the sea tore up three miles of railway.
