WELLINGTON CLUB. Diamond Buckles. Veteran George Prince, of tho Newtown Club, scored a signal victory over Ballinger (Wellington) in tho Diamond Buckles game, played at tho Wellington green ou Saturday afternoon. Prince and his good drawing partner Price were right in tho very nick of form, and put on 8 before Ballinger scored at all. Then Wellington got a two, followed by Prince with a two and a six. Ballinger got a single on the seventh head, when Prince was IG, and then did not score another point for nine heads, by which time Prince had piled up 11. Ballinger then mado a lato run, scoring twelve on the last five heads. The game ended: Prince, ii; Ballinger, 15. ■'■ Edwin Feathers. A capital game for the, Edwin Feathers was played, on tho Wellington Club's green on Saturday afternoon between a Wellington rink skipped by Churchward and a Te Hiwi rink skipped by Lock. Almost from the outset it was a stonewalling kind of game, dead heads being sought by both sides when one or the other lay a couple of shots. Both skips were in good form, Lock in particular being very deadly with his firm shots. The game ended with, a five-point victory for Te Hiwi. The rinks were:—
