Luckie presided, and y there ware also present: Messrs. E. B n; Vance, W. Hood, D. M'Kenzio, V. B. Willis, W. A. Parton, S. Bricc, — Lowe, M. J. Crombio,• C. Hickey, and E. M. 1 Beechey. *• The treasurer's-report, submitted to tho meeting, showed that the association's t> position had iraproved something like r- JCIBO since the beginning of the season. Two senior clubs in arrears with fees are to be suspended from playing unloss the amounts are paid by February 2. j In connection with tho Plunket Shield match, a resolution was passed instructj tag the selectors to pick twelve men, these including Mr. J. P. Blacklock as V manager. Tho players are to leave for Christchurch on Wednesday next. Mr. i). It was decided, howover, to inform the s Otago Association that every effort would o bo made to send a team to Dunedin next j season. In reply to a letter from tho Marlborough Cricket Association, th© secretary was instructed to write and suggest March IS and 13 as suitable dates for the Wellington-Marlborougli match at Wol--0 lington. 6 In regard to tho North-East B match, s originally set down for last Saturday, it e was decided to limit the fixture to one 0 day. 8 MATCHES TO RESUME, n To-day the matches postponed, interh ruptcd, and spoiled last Saturday on acr, count of rain and soaked wickets, will J be resumed.
