SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Present indications aro for Btrong. westerly and southerly winds, and changeable weather, with showers in parts, cspscially on the West Coast and southern districts. A short squall area is likely to pass in the south soon, after which the barometer will rise again in the southern districts. Strong and squally westerly and southerly winds blsw last night, and heavy showers fell in parts, but the directions variable to-day, and, except on the West Coast and southernmost districts the weather has improved.
