The Arabs are gathering in tho vicinity of Duma and Tobruk with some cannon and quick-firers. Arab raiders, pillaged the oasis at Gargarash, and massacred many of tho inhabitants, including women and children. ARAB ATTACK REPULSED. Rome, January 8. A strong force of Arabs attacked two Italian battalions which wero constructing a detached redoubt at Horns (5B miles K.N.E. of Tripoli), but were repulsed with heavy losses. Twenty-one Italians were wounded.
