HUDSON BAY RAILWAY.
A STATE-OWNED LINE. Dy Telecraph—Pro3s Association—Copyriehl (Rec. December 25, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, December 24. The work of constructing tho Hudson's Bay Railway, which has been interrupted pending the investigation and award in connection with the contract entered into by the Lanrier Government, proceeds immediately. The railway will be Gov-ernment-owned and operated.
