Tho Cabinet has unconditionally yielded on tho Russian ultimatum. Tho Governor'of Tabriz estimates that tho Russians have' killed 500 Tertians. The Government has informed tho Provincial authorities of the termination of the conflict with Russia, and has instructed them to stop hostilities. FIGHTING AT TABRIZ. (Rec. December 25, 5.5 p.m.) Teheran, December 2J. The Russians occupied all the Government offices at Tabriz. The artillery demolished many private buildings. Fifty Persians wero killed.'
