Present indications arc for mild, hazy, and humid conditions, with variable winds generally, but increasing cloudiness and a fall ill c barometer, with freshening northerly windu will probably bring rain shortly in tho northcm districts. The outlook in the south is also for unsettled and misty weather, easterly breezes, backlnc to the southcast, and the barometer rising unsteadily aiter a short time. The barometer rose during the nieht, but ha 3 mado little movement to-day. Moderate westerly winds haw prevailed in and northward of Cook Strait, and easterly winda elsewhere.
