By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, December 20, Two thousand members of the British Medical Association in Loudon have resolved that the Council of tho Association failed in its duty in safeguarding tho .sick conditions in the- National Insurance Act. . The members also agreed that every practitioner should refuse to work under tho Insurance Act until tho demands are definitely conceded.
