Tho House of Representatives sat throughout Tuesday night, and again on Wednesday till after midnight. It passed tho Estimates, "the Inscribed Stock Bill, Public Servico'Pill, Australian Notes .bill (which is an amendment to reduce tho gold reserve on the notes ■ issue to 25 percentuni), the Electoral Bill, and a Bill to appropriate trust funds for old ago pensions, and tho Senate's amendments ito tho tariff. The Senate passed tho Loan Bill through Committee, the Pacific Cable Bill through all its stages, and the Appropriation Bill. CURIOUS ELECTION PROVISION. (Ileo.
