It is semi-officiaily stated that the reported British plans to block tho German fleet in Wilaclmshaven are sheer invention. Some of the newspapers interpret tho British occupation of Solum, on the boundary between Tripoli and Egypt, as reported yestenhy, as a move to secure a new British naval base.
