INDIGNATION IN CALCUTTA. By TeleiTaph—Press Associatinn-Conyrtchi London, December 18. Tho "Daily Telegraph's" Delhi correspondent states that Europeans in Calcutta are indignant at tho transfer of the capital to Delhi; also that a Bengal partition rescission movement is afoot. Tho correspondent adds that tho instant recall of the Governor-General (Lord Hardinge) is also being urged.
