By Telecraph-Press AseociMioß-Cflpyriehi London, December 17. _Mr. Acland, Under-Sooretary to the Foreign Office, replying in the House of Commons to a question by Major Archer-Shoe, Unionist member for Finsbury Central, as to whether British consuls had been instructed to" report on trade openings in the Dominions as well as in the Motherland, said the consuls had been instructed to inform Great Britain regarding developments affectiug the Dominions as exporters of foodstuffs.
