A terrible crimo has boon, committed by a man named Couraiier, a peasant, who had been imprisoned for twenty days for poaching. After hi 3 rolease ho armed himself with a gun and razor, and went to tho homes of thn families responsible for his conviction. At ono house ho shot the husband and wife, and cut their throats. Ho then rode to another house, ami shot and killed a boy of sixteen and his mother, and severely wounded the father. After a hearty meal he eyebd to the police station, and asked to be arrested.
