The "Times" Berlin correspondent censures the persistent manipulation of German opinion against France, and still wore against Britain by official -disiemination of a vorsion of events which has now proved to lie absolutely untrue. Hβ adds that so far as is known the system of press inspiration will continue in the future as hitherto.
