One hundred and thirty-eight members of the House of Commons who votod for women's suffrage have signed a protest against tho campaign of rowdyism being conducted by certain advocates of women's suffrage. They say that if such a campaign js continued it will gravely imperil the prospects of women being granted the franchise during the next session of Parliament.
