A HEAVY LOSS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, December 13. Tho Earl of Plymouth, head, of. tho eiecutivo of the Festival of Empire, states that tho festival resulted in a heavy loss. He will probably ask the public to subscribe .£75,000 above the amount (X 210,000) tho syndicate, headed by him, recently paid for the Crystal- Palaoe.
