Oil., as allowed commission (in which ease decision had been re» served), plaintiff was nonsuited. POLICE CASES. Susan Eaves was fined ss. for insoLeivis Witten was remanded till December 20 on a charge of having criminallv assaulted a girl fix years of ape. Arthur .Thompson was remanded till December 'JO on a charge of having attempted to commit rape.
