AVIATION IN AUSTRALIA.
GOVERNMENT WORKS CONTEMPLATED. By Telcerapfc—Press Association—Coprrigh'l (Rec. December 12, 8.35 p.m.) Melbourne, December 12. It was announced in the House of Representatives to-day that the Government did not intend to renew tho offer of an aviation prize to stimulate Australian inventors. A sum of =£4000, however, would bo placed on tho Estimates for tho establishment of an aviation works and a school of military aviation.
