The whole of tho rt-liirns on the National Prohibition poll have now been sent in, and the totals for tho Dominion linvc been compiled by the Chief Electoral Officer. ' The figure's are still subject to revision, but it is unlikely that the totals stated below will bo affected in any important degree. Following are tho Dominion totals:— Against National Prohibition ... 202,023 For National Prohibition 255,!I1!) The majority in favour of Nntioinl Prohibition was 53,290, equal to 55.81 per cent, of the votes cast. The throefifths majority required to carrv tho proposal was 275,125 1-5 votes.
