(Specially written for Tub Douiniox.) WEDNESDAY. Marinaded s.teak. Now- potatoes. Cabl):tet\ Apricot pudding. MAI.'INADED STEAKSteak, - teaspoonfuls salt, 1 tca.-poonful pepper, 1 teaspoonful sugar, 1 lablespoont'ul Worcester sauce, lablcspoonfuis vinegar, a little (lour, and bits of butter. Cut n steak an inch thick; score it on each side crossways: put into a dish tho sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper; put the steak in this mixture for 6 hours, turn-, ing it.occasionally; dredge lightly with flour; boil over a clear fire and servo very hot with small pieces of butter on the steak, or fry and make the mixture into gravy with a very little water added, and thicken with flour if necessary. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds mutton cutlets; lib. tomatoes; cauliflower; raspberry jam; breadcrumbs.
