OTAKI
Mr. J. Robertson, Labonr candidate foi the Otaki electorate, addressed a large and enthusiastic meeting in front of the post office on Friday night. A motion of confidence in Mr. Robertson was carried by acclamation. There were no dissentient voices and no amendment. Throo cheers were accorded the candidate, and he was afterwards pulled down the Slain Street seated on his improvised platform—a spring cart.
