He said -Australia :had turned nothing down, and thore was neither, conflict nor antagonism. The Minister for Customs wag. inquiring on behalf of tho Government with a view to arranging a reciprocal tariff with Canada and New Zealand, and intended to open negotiations during the/recess. Much will depend on the steamer and mail servioee.
